Your first automation in one sentence

The Try it box on dirini.com reads one sentence the way Ops Canvas does. This guide shows what to type, how to read what comes back, and what the preview can’t do yet.

Where to try it

Open dirini.com. The Try it box is the first section below the top of the page, under the heading “Write one. See what it reads.”

  1. Type a routine in the box, in English or Korean.
  2. Press Enter or the arrow button. Or tap one of the example sentences under the box.
  3. Read the chips that appear below. Fill any that say Needs you.

Example sentences

The rules read four kinds of routine. Every sentence below was checked against the live parser on Oct 9, 2026, and each one shows what it read. Relative dates (“tomorrow”, “the 25th”) are shown as they resolved that day.

Train tickets

Watches a departure window and holds seats when they open.

Books a study room, field or court the moment booking opens.

Daily briefing

Reading the chips

Each field the parser looked for becomes a chip. Here is the result for a sentence with no date or time:

  • What is the kind of routine it understood.
  • A solid chip was read by the rules: route, seats.
  • A dashed blue chip marked Needs you is a field the rules couldn’t read. It waits for you instead of being guessed.
  • A dashed grey chip with “Check this field → confirm?” is a value Claude proposed. You confirm it before it counts. This only appears where Claude gap-fill is on; on the website preview it is off, so you won’t see it there.
  • The small label above the chips says Read by rules, or Rules + Claude when Claude filled something.

Completing “Needs you”

Every Needs you chip has a small picker inside it:

  • a date picker for dates (today up to 400 days ahead),
  • a time picker for times, in 15-minute steps,
  • a station list for From and To,
  • a seat count from 1 to 4,
  • a list of places for facilities, including “Any study room”.

Pick a value and the chip turns solid, marked you picked. The pencil next to it changes it again. The line under the chips counts what is left, for example “3 fields need you. It asks instead of guessing.” If two values contradict each other, a red line says which one to fix: an end time before the start, or the same station for From and To.

What “Ready to schedule” means

When every field is filled, a card appears titled Ready to schedule, with one sentence saying what Ops Canvas would do on your device. For the first train example it reads:

Ready to schedule

On your device, Ops Canvas would watch trains Seoul → Pohang on Sun, Oct 25, leaving between 09:00 and 12:00, for 2 seats. Hold seats when they open, then tell you on Telegram.

Preview only. Nothing was booked or scheduled.

It is a preview. Nothing is booked or scheduled from the website, and the card says so: “Preview only. Nothing was booked or scheduled.” Read it as a check that your sentence was understood the way you meant it.

Writing sentences the rules read well

  • Put the date, the time range and the number of people in the sentence. “Seoul Pohang 25th” leaves the time window and seats open; “Seoul to Pohang on the 25th, 9 to 12, two seats” leaves nothing open.
  • Write routes as “from X to Y” or “X to Y”. “Seoul to Pohang” is read as From Seoul, To Pohang.
  • Add am or pm to afternoon hours. “Any study room next Tuesday, 2 to 4” leaves start and end open, because 2 could mean 2 a.m. “2pm to 4pm” is read as 14:00–16:00.
  • Use dates the rules know. Today, tomorrow, next Tuesday, the 25th, Oct 20 to 22, 25일, 내일. Phrases like “this weekend” stay open.
  • Give a briefing a time. “Send me a daily briefing” leaves the time open; “Daily briefing at 7am” is complete.
  • One routine per sentence. Each sentence becomes one routine.
Before and after: sentences with and without the details

Any study room next Tuesday, 2pm to 4pmFacility booking · Any study room · Tue, Oct 13 · 14:00–16:00
Send me a daily briefingDaily briefing · Needs you: time

What it can’t do yet

  • Only four kinds of routine. Train seat watches, facility bookings, dorm requests and daily briefings. Anything else, such as “Remind me to call mom”, returns “Couldn’t tell what to automate”.
  • No guesses on the preview. Claude gap-fill is off on the website, so every open field is yours to fill.
  • The website preview doesn’t book. It reads your sentence and shows the result. Nothing is booked, paid or scheduled.
  • Known stations and places only. The rules read a fixed list of stations and facilities. Others stay open.
  • Short sentences. Up to 300 characters, and up to 20 tries a minute.
